DonAid is a software system to help with the receipting, tracking and auditing of certain (mainly smaller) donations made to charities.

It also seeks to provide charities with improved communications channels, and to help those charities to increase their donation flow. 

This document sets out the terms and conditions on which the system is made available to charities, their commercial fundraising partners, donors, and all other parties who may use the system.
